Nope! Faire Integration & Sync is a web-based app. All you need is a web browser, there is no need to install anything else on the computer. You add the app to your Shopify apps section, and you're ready.

The onboarding process is pretty much straightforward. You must follow the steps that indicate what you need to do after installing the app. Here’s an article with a step-by-step guide. You can also contact us , and we’ll provide a quick demo session.

The app setup process is quick and easy. Once you install the app, the setup process starts right away. If you have the API key from Faire, the process will not take more than a minute or two. If you do not have an API key, you need to request it from Faire, which will factor in the setup time.

An API key is a code used to identify and authenticate an application or user. You will need that in order to connect your Faire store to Shopify.

To get the Faire API key, you need to send an email to (support@faire.com) from your email registered in the Faire account. Here’s a sample below:

Faire Integration & Sync helps you connect your Shopify store with Faire and import the products you have in your Faire store into Shopify, syncing the inventory and orders, linking existing products, and saving you time from all the manual work.
No, the products imported to Shopify are unlimited at the moment. You have the option to import as many products as you want from your Faire store to Shopify.
Yes, you can import your Faire products with multiple variations into Shopify and the single products.
The import process varies on the number of products you are trying to send to Shopify. However, the process should not take longer than 5-6 minutes, and you should be able to see your Faire products listed on Shopify.
No, the SKU is not necessarily needed to import your Faire store products to Shopify using Fairy Integration & Sync.
However, they will be linked automatically if you have the same products in two stores with matching SKUs.
If you have the same products already in both stores with matching SKUs, the system will link those products automatically. After that, the inventory and order will sync between the two platforms in real time.
Yes, you can select only those products you want to import to Shopify. You can filter out the products based on the SKUs/titles of the product in our system.
Yes, the inventory is updated in real-time between Shopify and Faire in your products. The inventory syncs both ways. Once the quantity changes in one store, it reflects in another store automatically.
Whenever you get any orders on Faire, you have the option to import those orders into Shopify so that you can fulfill them from one single place keeping track of all your sales.
Yes, when you fulfill the imported order in Shopify, the tracking numbers and all the order details are updated on Faire so that your customers get the info on their order delivery.

Note : Our system will send the shipping details from Shopify to Faire only if the fulfillment is completed in Shopify.

Sync Order Shipment with Price 0 setting is a setting for users to control their shipments for Faire's order on weather to send the Shipment with amount 0 or not.

Note : If the setting is turned off no any shipment with amount 0 will be sent to Faire.

If there is no any Tracking number in the fulfillment made in Shopify's order, the shipment wont be sent to Faire as Faire requires tracking number for shipment.
If tracking number already exists in Faire's order, that shipment also wont be sent to Faire from Shopify as Faire requires a unique tracking number for each shipment.
If an order is canceled in Faire then the status of the order is changed back to 'Canceled' in Application and if the order was created in Shopify than that order is also Canceled in Shopify.
